Return and Refund Policy
Refund Policy
At Guiding Light Career Services, we are committed to providing top-quality services and ensuring your satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your experience, our refund policy outlines the options available to you.
1. Unlimited Revisions Policy
- Upon receiving the first draft of your resume or any other deliverable, you are entitled to unlimited revisions within the first five (5) business days. We encourage you to provide detailed feedback during this period so that we can tailor the final product to your satisfaction.
- Revisions must be requested within this five-day timeframe, and we will work with you to make necessary changes until the deliverable meets your expectations.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If you are not satisfied with the initial draft and choose not to proceed with revisions, you may request a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within five (5) business days after receiving the first draft.
- Refunds will be subject to a 50% service fee to cover initial consultations, research, and draft preparation.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No refunds will be issued once the final version of the resume or deliverable has been approved and delivered to the client.
- Refunds are not available for services that have been substantially completed or where significant revisions have already been made based on the client’s feedback.
- Refunds will not be provided if the client fails to respond to requests for information, feedback, or approval within the agreed-upon timeframe.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, please email us at [your email] with your order details and the reason for your request.
- Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days upon approval of your request.
5. Partial Refunds
- In cases where significant work has already been completed, but the client remains unsatisfied and does not wish to proceed further, partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of Guiding Light Career Services.
- The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the percentage of work completed and any feedback or revisions made up to that point.
